A press release from Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, martyrs and Disabled sent to media stated that on the occasion of Soviet defeat and withdrawal from Afghanistan, Tuesday 26th of Dalwa in the Afghan calendar is a national wide holiday in Kabul and provinces.
