Based on the article sixth of the law of children’s reform and steerage centers, the workers or employees of these centers have to behave properly with all those children who are suspicious of crime, guilty and are declared criminal because when they get free, they enter the society as a responsible civilian who accept and respect the law.
The employees of children reform and steerage centers have to categorize the children who are suspicious, guilty and criminal in separate groups based on type of crime, specifications and behaviors for the better utilization of their rights
