Based on the article sixth of the law of reform and steerage of the children; the employees of the these centers have to properly behave with the suspicious, culprit or guilty children because once they are free then they enter the society as those personalities which are obeying the rules in the society.
The employees of these centers have the responsibility to distribute the suspicious, culprit or guilty children to their specified groups based on their type and specification of their violations.
