There is no difference between the disabled children and the other children

First:

There is no difference between the disabled children and the other children, based on the article sixteenth of the law of rights and facilities of the disabled persons; the disabled children are having the same privileges as others. The children are having the same rights; from the ministries and other relevant institutions for the access to the playing facilities of the disabled children; they are trying to create specific areas for these children for playing with specific equipment to fulfill their need.

With the provision of required facilities for the disabled persons; let them have their rights and live happily.

Second:

The governments should have serious attention towards the disabled persons until they could have their rights, based on the article seventh of the convention of the disabled persons; the government should provide all the facilities and ensure that the disabled children are have all those facilities which normal children do and they should have their freedom as others.

The disabled persons have also the right to live like the normal people and enjoy their lives.
