Respect of human rights against all the children

PSAs

1.Respect of human rights against all the children specifically the children that are accused and sinful is necessary instance, according to article number 4 of law of correction  and training of children ( staff of correction and training centers of children, the attorney generals, judges and other individuals that have dealing with suspected , accused and sentenced on imprisonment are obliged to respect all Islamic orders and human rights norms  and behave them impartially and free of discrimination), let us correct the accused children through philanthropic behavior.

2. The children have weak and sensitive body and soul, we should always be careful about their body and soul, according to article number 19 of Children’s Rights Convention (the member countries of the convention should adjust all the legal,  administrative, social, educational, plans to protect the children from corporeal and mental violence, wound and abuse, misbehavior, exploitation including the sexual abuse when they are under guardianship of parents, legal guardians or those who have the responsibility of their guardianship), let us not forget that the children is the capital of the country.
