1. According draft of Family law, the marriage is a contract that legalizes the association of man and woman for forming the family and brings into existence the rights and obligations of two sides.

2. The consent of two sides is a condition in the marriage, according to 1st paragraph of article number 21 of draft of Family Law the forced marriage of any kind is prohibited; the perpetrator is punished according to the law.
