1. Each and every human on this land should have identity and biography, based on the article 7th linked to the first section of international convention of child’s rights; a child after birth must be registered, has the right to have name, with the passage of time should have the national identity and up to some extent has the right to know his/her parents and should have the guardian facility from them.

2. Freedom of speech is the right of each individual, based on the article 13th linked to the first section of international convention of child’s rights; the child should have the right to talk freely and this right should give the freedom for struggle, findings and conveying all types of information to him/her; which are without border either oral or written and print and or in the form of clue or communicated to the child from any other communicative instruments.
