1. No one has the right to do bias between the women and girls because of their disability, based on the article No 6 of International Convention for the disabled persons, the member countries are certifying that the women and girls with disability are facing with multiple bias in the society and we should struggle based on the human rights to provide them the normal life conditions.
By eliminating the improper bias against the disables, we will provide a sustainable life conditions for them.
2. All the children of Afghanistan has the right to get education for free, based on the first category and article 19th of Law and Facilities for the disabled persons, the ministry of education, ministry of higher education must provide the facilities of education for the disabled persons.
Disability is not inability, all the human being are having the talent and power of learning, for provision of education to the disabled persons, we can identify their talents and potentials.
