Nasima: (Washing Clothes) ah…. Ha….Alas… how dirty is this dress! But spring is a good season… the clothes get dried soon… I like spring…

(Gate opening sound)

Shazia: (Calling) How are you Nasima Jan?… Are you washing clothes?

Nasima: (Replying) my daughter went to sleep, I planned to wash the clothes!… once she wake up then she is not leaving me!

Shazia: (Exhaustedly came near) I went to clinic sister… because of my leg pain, Dr. Malalai was talking there with other ladies, I also listen to their words!

Nasima: (With Joy) I know her, she is a good lady… ok tell me what was she saying?

Shazia: (While Sitting) Let me sit Nasima Jan… she  said that each and every child should take breastfeeding at least for 2 years… it means that the women should not be pregnant during the two years!

Nasima: (With Joy) Why? What is this? Do not talk about these… it is shame….

Shazia: If a woman is having a breastfeeding child and get pregnant…. Her child is not growing properly, it remained weak and small… and then she said that childbirths one after the other is both dangerous for mother and child… your daughter is just one year… you should think about this…

Nasima: (With Worry) then you are telling me what to do? Shazia?

Shazia: (With Joy) Nasiam Sister! Once visit Dr. Malalai, go there, she will give you tablets or injection and then until your daughter is of two years you will not get pregnant… like this you daughter will also grow well and you will also remain safe and sound!

Message of the Spot: Gaps between the childbirths and completing the breastfeeding period leads to the safety of mother and child, getting pregnant without gaps is dangerous for the health of mother and both children.
