Jamshaid: (With hurry) sorry uncle… I didn’t see…

Uncle Selaiman: (With doubt) It is ok son… oh… Aren’t you Jamshaid…

Jamshaid: (Surprising) yes I am… why? (A moment of calm, then with joy) uncle selaiman… aren’t you? I couldn’t identify you… you are totally old uncle… all of your hair is white… really sorry…

Uncle Selaiman: (Laughing) it is ok, it is life, it makes a person old… it is a long time that we have not met! Why you were thinking?

Jamshaid: (With anxiety) I am really sad uncle! Because of my son…

Uncle Selaiman: (With hurry) why? Is everything ok… tell me what is the problem?

Jamshaid: (Deep breathe)  the time we were neighbor; God give us a son…

Uncle Selaiman: (With hurry) I do remember… that time you moved to another place…

Jamshaid: (Sadly) my son is mentally disabled… now he is 8 years old… but he doesn’t know anything! He is in the problem and as well as he is a problem for his mother…

Uncle Selaiman: (With sorrow) ohh no… whatever is the wish of God… why aren’t you sending him to the mental empowerment center? My grandchild of uncle is also there… they have a very good teacher! They have learnt a lot…

Jamshaid: (With anxiety) it is not possible… it is far away… they told us that the rent of vehicle would be charged on you… I don’t have this much salary to support him! This boy made me old.

Uncle Selaiman: Don’t worry son… the God is kind… finally a solution would be found…

Jamshaid: (With anxiety) the government is not taking care of the mental disabled persons; in the other world for the blinds and deaf many things are done! But the government authorities are not thinking of such children… God help us…

Message of Spot: The government is responsible to create the empowerment centers for the mentally disabled persons as they have done for the other disabled persons until all the children and then especially the disabled children also get benefit of education along with thee normal children.
