Qudsia: (From Far) Halima… Halima….

Halima: (With Wonder) who are you… your voice is very familiar…

Qudsia: (Laughing) I am Qudsia… your neighbor… I am seldom coming to your home… therefore you didn’t recognize me properly…

Halima: (With kindness) I am sorry Qudsia Jan… I cannot see properly… I know that others from their sound… I have listened very rare your sound…

Qudsia: (With kindness) It is ok… what are you doing at the university? Are you studying here?

Halima: (With Regret) No… I came to talk to the director of the university… because I really love the literature… I was going to ask that how I can appear in the concurred test (Entry Test)…

Qudsia: (With kindness) if you come here this will be great…

Halima: (With anxiety) I cannot come… the director of the university is saying that there is no university for the sensory disabled persons in Afghanistan… and from the other side that there is no curriculum designed yet for them…

Qudsia: (With anxiety) I really sorry Halima Jan but the God is great… don’t worry… one day will come that you will be able to study…

Halima: (Thinking) Inshallah… with your permission Qudsai Jan… I really become happy to hear your voice…

Qudsia: I too… take care and bye…

Message of Spot: The sensory disabled persons have the right to appear in the concurred test like the others and they can chose their desired fields of study. With provision of higher education facilities we can empower the talent they have.
