Parwana: (Gate opening sound and the sound of wheelchair, Parwana is deeply breathing) Hello mummy…
Mother: (With hurry) Hello to you… what is the problem? You went half an hour before… didn’t you go to tuition? I think it was off!
Parwana: (With Sadness and anxiety) No it was not off!
Mother: (With hurry) then why you are back? Tell me daughter!
Parwana: (With anger) nothing mummy… don’t be worried mummy… I won’t go to the tuition anymore! I won’t go anywhere… I told you! Should I go and stuck in the streets!
Mother: (With hurry) what happened daughter?
Parwana: (With tiredness) everywhere is icy, my wheelchair tire slipped… the entire street is full of snow… there was no way to go! I also stuck in a place… I waited a lot until someone come and help me! I don’t know that who is going to take care of us… there is not a proper footpath… and not there is a way in the city for us… everywhere are ladders… if we go out with the sticks we cannot ride the cars… I am fed up of this life!
Mother: (Thinking) what should I say daughter… it is ok come not and let’s go home… I don’t know that this injustice government will when take care of you…
Message: The government is responsible to provide proper conditions and facilities for the body cut off disabled person in the streets, shopping centers, hospitals and schools until they are also benefited of the facilities like the other civilians.
