According to first part of article number two of Children Rights Convention regarding prohibition the discrimination, the member governments of this treaty should guarantee the implementation of the rights inserted in this treaty regardless of any type of discrimination, racial dependence, color, social tribal and national origin, rate of property, disability, caretaker and parent situation or any condition that the child is in.
