National Directorate of Security (NDS) reported that Taliban military in-charge was arrested in Takhar province.
A press release from NDS stated that Qari Abdul Rahim was arrested by NDS operatives in a special operation.
NDS statement added that Abdul Rahim was an active member of Taliban group who had prominent role in terrorist activities in the province.
