Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and his peacemaker, Abdullah Abdullah who is the chairman of Afghanistan’s High Council for National Reconciliation, on Wednesday evening left Kabul for Washington to meet U.S. President Joe Biden amid surge in fighting.
