Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and his peacemaker, Abdullah Abdullah who is the chairman of country’s High Council for National Reconciliation, and a high-ranking government delegation on Thursday arrived in Washington to meet U.S. President Joe Biden, lawmakers and other officials.
