Explosion Kills One, Injures Nearly Dozen in Kunar

ED placed in a car went off Wednesday evening in Asadabad city, capital of Kunar province, killing one child and wounding nine others, governor spokesman Ghani Musamem said.

Head of Kunar’s provincial hospital Attaullah Safi meanwhile said one dead and nine wounded were taken to hospital.

Three were in critical health condition, he said.

There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
