The match was played behind the closed doors and was devoid of any physical media presence.
Singapore scored a goal in the first half of the match while Afghanistan drew with Zubair Amiri’s goal in the second half.
The national football team played its first match against Indonesia on May 25 with Afghanistan’s national team winning the game.
The team will travel to Qatar to take on Bangladesh in first match of the qualifiers on June 3. The next two matches are scheduled against Oman and India.
The friendly games come ahead of the qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and AFC Asian Cup China 2023.
