Ceiling collapse in the Afghan central Kapisa province killed seven people late on Friday, provincial police spokesman Shaiq Shoresh spoke to TKG.
All the dead were members of one family, according to the spokesman.
Women and children were also among the victims, he added.
The cause of the collapse was said to be heavy rainfall in the province.
Heavy rainfall, triggering flash floods has hit several parts of the country in recent days, killing and wounding dozens people.
