Participants at the ninth conference of the Heart of Asia – Istanbul Process condemned the targeted assassinations and attacks on civilians, civil society representatives, human rights advocates as well as on journalists by the Taliban and other terrorist groups, calling the ongoing Afghan war illegitimate.
