Afghan forces on Wednesday found a three-wheeler rigged with explosives in Qambar square, the fifth district of the capital Kabul, said provincial police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz.
The government forces defused the explosives, foiling a massive explosion which was set up to target civilians, he said.
It wasn’t clear who had taken the vehicle at the area.
