Witnesses have said a gunman shot and killed two female employees of Inikaas TV near Jalalabad city’s first district.
Another female worker was killed near the fourth district of the city, according to witnesses.
The armed men managed to flee the area.
There was no immediate claim of responsibility for the attack.
It was the second attack on female journalists working for Inikaas TV network in Afghanistan’s eastern Nangarhar province.
Nearly three months ago, Malala Maiwand, an anchor working for Inikaas television was killed in an armed assault.
The IS/Daesh militant group claimed responsibility for the murder.
