At least three people were wounded in a sticky bomb explosion which took place near the first district of Mazar-e Sharif city Sunday around 4:00pm local time, provincial police confirmed.
According to Adel Shah Adel, the provincial police spokesman, the victims were all civilians and were rushed to hospital following the explosion.
There was no claim of responsibility for the attack.
