A bomb explosion targeted a corolla-type car in Darulaman road near the sixth district of the Afghan capital, Kabul, around 8:00 Saturday morning, police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said.
Two people were wounded and rushed to hospital, said Mr. Faramarz.
It was followed by a similar explosion which took place around 8:15am in Kart-e Parwan area of the capital, he added.
At least two people were killed in the explosion.
Police investigations were underway, according to the spokesman.
There was no claim of responsibility for the attacks.
