Sayed Waheed Qitali, the provincial governor, said Afghan police force have nabbed four suspects who held senior posts at Torghundi port on corruption charges.
The director, the tax manager, the balance sheet manager as well as financial expert were the suspects said to be arrested.
It comes five days after the massive fire which broke out in Islamqala border town.
Traders and truck drivers who faced million dollars of loss in the catastrophe are claiming corruption was the main cause of the devastating fire.
