According to Ferdaws Faramarz, spokesman for the provincial police chief, the arrested men had been committing armed robbery on Kabul-Parwan way and were under police pursuit.
They were found and arrested in outskirts of Mir Bacha Kot district of Kabul province.
The spokesman added a pistol was seized from the the arrested suspects who were under police questioning.
