Speaking to TKG, police spokesman Adel Shah Adel said a boy named Nadem was killed yesterday evening around 6:30pm near the eighth district of Mazar-e Sharif city.
Two arrests was made, according to his family, who claimed one of the suspects was of their relatives.
Security officials said initial investigations indicated that Nadeem was killed in family dispute.
