Unknown armed men shot and killed four employees of the Afghan Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) Tuesday around 9:20am in Bagh Dawood area of Kabul city, police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz said.
An investigation into the matter was underway, according to the spokesman.
It followed an explosion which targeted a land-cruiser type vehicle near Mili Bus Square in the 16th district of the capital, leaving one injured.
There was no claim of responsibility for these attacks.
