Ferdaws Faramarz, spokesman for the provincial police chief, said a police vehicle was targeted by explosion in Pul-e-Company area Saturday around 8:30am.
The explosion left no one hurt, according to the spokesman.
It was followed by another explosion which took place after a bomb attached to a car went off around 9:40am in Saleem Karwan Square of the capital.
At least four civilians were injured in the blast and were taken to hospital, the spokesman said.
There was no claim of responsibility for these attacks.
