Mr. Farooqi completed an undergraduate degree from Kabul University in Economics in Trade and Commerce Development.
Then he did his master’s degree M.A. in General Economics and Business Administration at Queens College in New York, the United States.
Throughout his career life, Mr. Farooqi held positions as Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation, Chancellor of Kabul University and other government posts.
