A bomb explosion targeted a car in the PD17, Sar-e Kotal area of the Afghan capital Kabul Friday around 4:50pm, said provincial police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz.
He elaborated that one civilian was killed and another wounded.
An investigation into the matter was ongoing, according to the spokesman.
There was no claim of responsibility for the attack.
