NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at the joint press point with Alexander Dobrindt, Chairman of the CSU Parliamentary Group, said Wednesday that he believes the 2021 year will be “pivotal” for NATO because it will make decisions on whether to stay or leave Afghanistan.
