Casualties from Sunday’s attack on Afghan lawmaker rose to 62 killed or wounded, Vice President Amrullah Saleh said.
He put the toll of casualties to a dozen killed and 52 others wounded.
A bomb explosion targeted convoy belonging to Khan Mohammad Wardak, a member of the Afghan Parliament in Khoshal Khan neighborhood, Spin Kalai area.
The Taliban denied to be responsible for the deadly attack.
No one has so far claimed responsibility.
