Afghan President Ashraf Ghani has arrived to Kandahar to review the general situation of the province, according to a statement by the Presidential Palace.
The President is set to meet local authorities, elders, influential figures, clerics and representatives of women, youth, civil society, traders, and other strata.
His visit is said to be aimed at receiving people’s “demand and recommendations,” said the statement.
