Police in the Afghan capital Kabul have arrested a skilled robber in the second district of the city.
Skilled robber, named Qasim, had stolen 180,000 Afghanis from a money exchanger after attacking him with a pepper spray, said police spokesman Ferdwas Faramarz.
He was arrested in a place near the compound of Ministry of Information and Culture in the capital Kabul, the spokesman said.
