The group earlier on November had kidnapped 28 civilians while they were traveling in Maidan Wardak province. A day following the abduction, at least 17 were released.
The armed group set free another 11 on Monday night, said governor spokesman Mohibullah Sharifzoy.
The Taliban have not yet commented on abduction motives.
