Kabul: Rocket Rounds Seized by Afghan Forces

Four rounds of rockets were discovered and seized overnight by government forces, the Ministry of Defense said.

The rockets were placed in Qol-e Lawang area of Paghman district in the Afghan capital Kabul, said the ministry.

The government officials blamed the Taliban to be responsible, but the group has yet to comment.

Earlier last week, Afghan forces thwarted four rocket launch attempts in the same district.
