A sticky bomb attached to a taxi blew up today morning in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul, authorities said.

A sticky bomb explosion struck in the eleventh security district, Khairkhana area of the capital Kabul, around 6:10am, said police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz.

The driver of the car was wounded and rushed to hospital, the spokesman added.

Likewise, an IED explosion targeted a police vehicle in the Airport Road of the capital, leaving no one hurt.

No one claimed responsibility for either attacks.
