A sticky bomb struck a police vehicle in the twelfth security district of Kabul city, Arzan Qeemat area, said police spokesman Ferdaws Faramarz.
The spokesman put the toll of casualties to one police killed and three others wounded.
Likewise in the seventh district of the capital, a bomb explosion struck a car, leaving no one hurt.
No one claimed either attacks.
