At least three people, including two civilians, were killed after a bomb placed at the vehicle belonging to a local commander went off in Sholgara district of Balkh around eleven o’clock this morning, police spokesman Munir Ahmad Farhad told TKG.
According to the spokesman, at least 16 others have been wounded in the blast.
No one claimed the attack.
