Herat: 9 Security Forces Wounded in Roadside Bomb Blasts

Police in Afghanistan’s western Herat province said at least nine government security forces were injured in two roadside bomb blasts.

Media outlets of Herat’s police chief announced in a statement that a Humvee of Afghan security forces struck a roadside bomb in Keshk Kuhna district of the province, leaving five wounded.

Similarly, a police vehicle belonging to the police command of Injel district hit a bomb placed at a side of a road, injuring four security forces.

No one claimed responsibility.
