According to police, Shahram was found dead in Pul-e Artal area of Kabul city last week.
The man who fatally shot him dead was detected by the provincial police following their investigation and was arrested in the eleventh district of Kabul city, said police spokesman Ferdwas Faramarz.
The killer’s motive was said to be family problems, according to police.
Following a spike in criminal activities across the capital, government’s First Vice President Amrullah Saleh, was assigned to directly looking after Kabul’s security under President Ghani’s order.
