Four COVID-19 patients died within the last 24 hours, according to the latest data by the health ministry, pushing the total fatalities in the country to 1,492.
Health ministry’s figures indicated as many as 33 patients got better during the same period.
The toll of recoveries hit 33,614 after the new patients having been infected with the novel COVID-19 recovered.
Worldwide, 1,109,548 people have lost their lives for the deadly disease and the total infections passed 39.7 million, a tally by Reuters indicated.
