Afghanistan’s coronavirus total case count hit 39,268 as 14 additional infections were reported over the past 24 hours.
The country’s total number of COVID-19 recoveries hit 32,789 on Wednesday, with 43 COVID-19 patients got better within the last 24 hours.
The country’s COVID-19 death toll, however, stood at 1,458 as the Afghan ministry of health reported no new deaths in the past 24 hours.
The new cases were registered in Badakhshan (8), Balkh (4), followed by the capital Kabul and Zabul each one.
