Abdul Maroof Ramesh, a spokesman for the provincial police chief of Ghor province, confirmed to TKG, as saying a roadside bomb blew up yesterday in Taywara district of western Ghor province.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, but the government official blamed Taliban insurgents.
The Taliban has yet to comment.
