The Afghan Public Health Ministry announced that within the last 24 hours, 3 coronavirus related deaths were registered, raising the total to 1,412 in the country.
The total recoveries hit 30,537 as recently 460 patients having been contracted with illness got better after the illness.
At least 879,410 people globally have died from COVID-19 and 26,960,805 have been infected by the novel coronavirus which first appeared in the Chinese central city of Wuhan.
