Jamal Nasir Barekzai, a spokesman for the provincial police chief confirmed to TKG that a bomb placed at a side of a road in Zalakhan area of Panjwai district blew up on a civilian car on Thursday morning, around 9:00am.
The blast, according to the source, left at least four civilians killed and another six injured.
No one immediately claimed responsibility for the attack, but security officials blamed armed Taliban.
