The Afghan Public Health Ministry announced that within the last 24 hours, four coronavirus related deaths were registered, raising the total to 1,190 in the country.
The total recoveries hit 23,907 as recently 168 patients having been contracted with illness got better after the illness.
Worldwide, at least 616,276 people have died from COVID-19 and 15,013,761 have been infected by the novel coronavirus that causes it, according to a Reuters’ tally.
