A leak gas exploded in a medical clinic in the Iranian capital of Tehran, leaving 19 people killed, media quoted Iranian state TV on Tuesday (June 30).
Initial reports indicated 13 people were dead, but officials later confirmed to state TV that the toll had risen to 19.
The victims included 15 women and four men, IRNA cited authorities, adding that firefighters had rescued 20 people.
