Security officials confirm two roadside mine blast took place near PD4 of Kabul city.
Ferdaws Faramarz, a spokesman for the provincial police chief, told The Killid Group that around 5:45am, two roadside mines blew up in Kabul’s Taimani (PD4).
A civilian was injured and was taken to hospital, he added.
No group has claimed responsibility.
